Shubra, the beginning that stays

Shubra was the first arena. Across 184 buildings, Nagy El Hennawy learned how to get close to the market and its people, and how work is built and managed on the ground rather than on paper. This stage became the foundation for every larger stage that followed.

From experience to business

In 2004, accumulated experience became Elhennawy Group. The journey moved from inner-city and residential projects to trade, contracting, real estate investment, and development, always through a deliberate accumulation of practice and a real feel for the market.

2016, a turning point

Expansion into new cities and a stronger entry into the commercial sector made 2016 a defining point. The scale of projects changed, and real estate development became a central part of the journey.

Management from the ground

Nagy El Hennawy follows reports and meetings, then goes to project sites himself to follow execution and quality. For him, a developer’s role does not end at the sale. Operations, maintenance, security, management, logistics, and marketing form one integrated experience around each project.

Today

Today, he leads HG Developments with a direct hand in following projects, clients, and partners. The journey has grown larger than a single project and wider than a single stage.
